Ferns' Bafat Curry Recipe

Pork Bafat

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g pork pieces
  • 1 large onion finely diced
  • 3 tablespoon Ferns' Bafat Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Ferns'
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tablespoons Oil 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Salt to taste

 

METHOD: Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry until golden brown. Add the Ferns' Ginger Garlic paste, Ferns' Bafat paste and sautee for a few minutes.  Add the meat and sautee until the meat releases water. Add coconut milk. Cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Alternatively you can also use chicken or paneer or vegetables.
