Ferns' Beef Roast Curry Recipe

Beef Roast  Curry


INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g beef cubed
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1½ tsp Ferns’ Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Ferns’ Hot Curry Paste
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil.


METHOD: Finely chop onions and fry in oil till brown. Add the Ferns’ ginger garlic paste and the Ferns’ Hot Curry Paste. Fry well. Add beef cubes and fry on a high flame for 2 minutes. Add coconut milk. Cover and simmer till done (Approx. 1 hour).
