Ferns' Fried Fish Recipe

FRIED FISH


INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g fish pieces (any fish of your choice)
  • 3 Tablespoons Ferns' Fish Masala Paste
  • 5 Tablespoons Rava (semolina) Oil for frying.

 

METHOD: Wash and drain water from fish well. Apply Ferns' Fish Masala Paste to the fish pieces and cover and keep aside for 10 mins. Coat the fish lightly with rava (semolina). Heat oil in a pan add fish pieces and shallow fry, flipping the pieces to make sure both sides are evenly cooked.

Garnish with onion and lime and serve.
