Ferns' Prawn Curry Recipe

Prawn Curry


INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams prawns cleaned and deveined
  • 2 tbsp. Ferns' Prawn Masala Paste
  • Oil for frying.

METHOD: Wash prawns well and place in a bowl. Add Ferns' Prawn Masala Paste and mix well. Heat oil in a pan add prawns  and shallow fry till golden brown.

Garnish with onion and lime. Serve hot.
