INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Large Pomfret/Mackerel/Perch
- Small amount of Semolina (Rava)
- Oil
- Salt
- Ferns Recheado Paste.
METHOD:
Clean the fish and slit it length wise.
Stuff the fish with Ferns Recheado Paste.
Allow to marinate for about half an hour.
Rub the fish with semolina and shallow fry till done.
