CHICKEN TANDOORI
INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken, skin removed
1 onion, juiced
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup cream
Ferns' Tandoori Paste
Lemon juice or additional yogurt
Ferns' Ginger and Garlic Paste
Salt to taste
Oil for basting
METHOD : Grill the chicken on either side, rotating occasionally, until it is cooked through and has a beautiful charred exterior. Baste the chicken with oil from time to time to prevent drying out, using the reserved marinade for added flavor.
