Ferns' Xacuti Paste Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g beef, cubed
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1½ tsp Ferns’ Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Ferns’ Xacuti Paste
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp oil

METHOD: Sauté finely chopped onions in oil until golden brown.Stir in Ferns’ Ginger Garlic Paste and Xacuti Paste until fragrant.Add beef cubes, sear on high heat for 2 minutes.Pour in coconut milk, season with salt, then cover and simmer on low for about 1 hour until the beef is tender and the sauce has thickened.
