When I was little, my mum would always buy me this brinjal pickle and since then I have not been able to find it. I walked into a store the other day and figured I would give it a go. All the other brinjal pickles I have tried from other brands have been so disappointing. They are mushy throughout and are too sweet.
When I tried this pickle, it INSTANTLY took me back to my childhood. There are actual firm pieces of brinjal and when you bite into them, they explode with this really tangy sauce. It's spicy but not too much and the acidity is spot on. I cannot thank you enough for this product. Please do not ever stop making it.
The first time, oil leaked from both the bottles.
The second time, one bottle was completely broken.
Poor packing spoiled a good product
